1st Grade Care partnered with us to streamline their internal operations through a bespoke app designed specifically for their organisation’s operational needs. The app was built to manage internal staff needs and bring multiple web links into one central platform. It functions as a dedicated staff app for their care workers, giving them a single place to access the tools and resources they use every day. Their previous system relied on multiple web links for everyday tasks, creating confusion and inefficiencies for care staff. As a growing care provider in the UK, they needed a more structured and scalable internal healthcare software solution. Our role was to design and develop a centralised mobile app tailored specifically for their care providers, built to allow their caregivers to access what they need, when they need it. Guided by real operational challenges and informed by user workflows, we transformed a fragmented system into a seamless and scalable care management system.
