Sparking Real Connections Through Experience-Driven Design

ING Events partnered with Cardiff App Developers to design and build a digital platform that reimagines how people form meaningful connections. Founded by Laurene Plourde, ING Events set out to move away from algorithm-driven dating culture and create a space where real-world, shared experiences take centre stage. Our role was to bring that vision to life, designing and building an experience-first platform where singles and couples connect naturally through curated activities such as cooking classes, brewery tours, kayaking, and hiking, without subscriptions, pressure, or performative profiles.
