BUILDING A DIGITAL STOREFRONT FOR AEROSPACE PARTS ORDERING & STOCK MANAGEMENT
Ross Aviation is a UK-based AS/EN 9120-certified stocking distributor of spare parts for the aerospace industry. Trading since 1996, the business serves aircraft operators, maintenance organisations, and government agencies worldwide with an inventory of over 30,000 line items held in a 14,000-square-foot warehouse facility. Despite a strong operational foundation, the company lacked a modern customer-facing platform. Stock and order management ran through a legacy system (Quantum), but there was no digital storefront for customers to browse parts, raise orders, or track fulfilment online. Ross Aviation came to CAD to change that.
We almost can't believe we're arrived here, the site looks so good, and the functionality is exactly what we hoped for.
